Dave you have such a lovely loose way with watercolours.
That's a very successful sky, Dave - you can just feel it's getting ready to rain. I hope it's not too close to the reality of your vacation!

How is it in Oxford - are you flooded yet? I was watching the Isis last night on the ITV news special about the flooding - I don't think I've ever seen it mimicing a raging torrent before..........
All that grey sky practice is going to come in handy...........
That sky is perfect and love the depth of the whole scene!
The fludity of this painting is great! It creates such a nice, peaceful atmosphere.
